Emerald Sea is located just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, so you can stroll down and enjoy the beach, lounge in the sugar white sand, or catch a breathtaking sunset. Emerald Sea can be rented by itself or with the home behind it, Emerald Sol, for a two family or group vacation.
***Emerald Sea and Emerald Sol now offer a brand new private pool shared between both homes! The pool can be heated for an additional fee.***
This pet-friendly vacation rental home has been recently remodeled and is perfect for a beach vacation! The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, and the the second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle. The full bathroom has just recently been renovated as well. The living room also contains a queen sleeper sofa. French doors lead to a private patio, where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and delight in the fresh air rolling in from the Gulf, which is only a short stroll away. This vacation rental home can easily accommodate up to 9 guests!
***Please note that while Emerald Sea is a private unit, the unit below is a long term rental.
Emerald Sol and Emerald Sea both have the same layout, contain a washer and dryer in each home, and share a private pool between the two homes. This is the perfect situation for a two family vacation or a beach getaway with a group of friends.
Beach access: Just across the street and a few minute walk from the rental, is a newly build beach access for your use! This beach access includes parking for vehicles, including golf cart parking and bike parking, with a large deck plaza leading down to the white sandy beach, an ADA accessible boardwalk/dune walkover, restroom facilities, and a picnic pavilion with dune walkover.

Summary: Clean, very close to the beach which is what we loved the most...Pool is nice kids loved it.. The property needs a little updating but over all would come back and 100% recommend..

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy to find a rental that would accommodate our small dog. We had no issues after we settled in. Jason did have to come and set us up to access our streaming service. Withou our own account the property has no tv access only streaming apps. In general the property is old and is pretty worn. Windows are plenty but you can’t see through the worn screens. Overall, the unit is quite basic but served our needs nicely.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was just a couple minutes walk to the beach, and located close to restaurants and things to do. The owners seemed very responsive and made themselves available for assistance via text (which I never needed during my stay). It wasn't a big place, but it did actually hold all 9 of us. The pool was nice and had a nice patio to lounge on. The balcony was also nice to relax on - no ocean view, but a surprising amount of foliage to look at which gave some nice seclusion from nearby units. Only knock was the internet wasn't very fast or reliable (didn't bother us adults, but the kids were annoyed). Also there were no things in the unit like salt and pepper and olive oil, so if you're planning on doing some cooking, you'll need to remember to pick up all of that.

I wish the house had was a outside shower to wash off the sand since the beach access on Geronimo st doesn't have one either. The kids tracked in sand to the house every time. The wifi didn't work the first 2 days then they sent someone out to fix it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice, clean and what we needed. We rented both houses so we had the pool all to ourselves. The renter below us was very sweet and helpful. She has two dogs, but they are sweet and we never heard them bark. The steps need some attention, there are raised nails and peeling paint, which makes it hard to walk up them without shoes. The door was very hard to lock and you had to make sure to pull it to make it shut all the way. The renters before us were apparently not tidy.... the pool area was dirty but the renter below me did clean it up and then I did some additional cleaning. They are in a great location, with the beach a block away. Once the public beach access is finished it will make these houses have better beach access. We loved the covered parking as well. (that is actually for the yellow house, but we only had 1 car since 1/2 of our family flew in) The share shed is awesome! We enjoyed using the floats in the pool and the umbrellas. We used the grills and that was very convenient. If we go back to this area we will definitely rent both these houses again. Having the WIFI information in the unit would be helpful, but I just sent a quick text and the info was sent back right away.
