The fenced in back yard made it great to sit in the back and enjoy the privacy. We hope to continue to stay here was we vacation to St. Simmons in the future.

Summary: This house is cute and the location was fine but we were greeted by large, dark stains on the bedroom carpet.. clearly an animal had major issues in there. I was told it was cleaned but I can't imagine it was done professionally to still look so bad. I did contact them about it and was told it was cleaned but they'd come out again if I'd like - by then we'd bought towels from the dollar store and just threw them over the areas. The next day I found my dog licking a dried area off the kitchen floor.. when I wiped it, it looked like something that could have been left by an animal. I called the property manager and was told she'd contact the owner - I didn't hear back until the next day, so had already purchased cleaning supplies when they again offered to have someone come and clean it. Hopefully they've replaced the carpet with hardwoods or new carpet by now. The neighborhood is fine and we had a nice stay but the issue of cleanliness definitely put an early damper on the visit.

Summary: It was a girlfriend’s week, first time we stayed near the Red Fern Village. Walking distance to shopping and dining. The house was modeled wonderfully for two girls to each have their own rooms. The back stairs need some lighting. That was the only issue we had. Thank you for a lovely Stay

Summary: The location was good. Close to most things of interest. Older neighborhood but nice and quiet. The house has mostly been renovated. Definitely need more time spent on the bathrooms. Nice living room and back porch area. Always enjoy SSI
