Summary: Accommodation was lovely. Parc wasn't easy to find after getting off the bus and the reception was the other end of the Parc. Not ideal when you have lots of luggage!

Summary: Dans l'ensemble très correct, mais la dernière nuit nous avons eu un problème de chauffage qui s'était éteint pendant la journée et en rentrant le soir il faisait 13°C et impossible de faire fonctionner le chauffage. Nous avons donc appeler le N° de tel à joindre en dehors des heures d'ouverture de la réception personne n'a répondu après plusieurs tentatives. Puis nous avons appelé Belvilla qui nous a mis en communication avec un tel. mais là non plus personne n'a répondu . Heureusement que nous n'avions pas d'enfant en bas âge . C'était le 07/04/2022 au soir. Puis vers 23h30 j'ai réussi à relancer le chauffage peut-être la pile de la télécommande ?

Summary: Organisatorisch alles ok, aber das Tiny Haus war nicht gesäubert, alles voller Spinnenweben an den Fenstern und Türen und rund ums Haus ( und richtig dicke fette Kreuzspinnen 4-5cm Körper) . Keine Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen, weder in der Küche noch im Bad. Couch und Bett total ungemütlich. Einzig der Esstisch mit den Stühlen konnte man nutzen. Keine Nacht durchgeschlafen, da entweder Krabbeltiere oder Moskitos einem die Nacht zur Hölle gemacht haben... Fazit: Einmaliges, nicht wiederholbares Erlebnis!

Summary: Hygiëne is niet op en top, er mist een knop bij het gasfornuis, badkamer is aan vervanging toe ( of grondische reiniging), dode muggen verwijderen en al met al gewoon beter schoonmaken in de accommodatie.

Summary: Het park is echt super. Animatie programma goed gevuld maar zaten aan het einde van het seizoen en dat merkte je. Verder was het redelijk bizar te noemen dat boven op de hoge kosten van belvilla voor dit huisje (bijna het dubbele van de huur als je direct bij het park had gehuurd. ) ook nog eens 60 euro schoonmaak kosten moet betalen. Dit terwijl het huisje matig tot eigenlijk alleen is uitgeveegd en je een hele lijst met zaken mee krijgt hoe schoon je het achter moet laten.

Summary: Geen gastvrij ontvangst. Om 15 uur zouden we in kunnen maar het huisje was pas om 18:30 uur klaar en kregen we pas de sleutel. Wij waren niet de enige. Geen excuses vanuit de organisatie. Huisje is klein maar te doen. Niet geschikt om met 4 volwassenen te verblijven. Erg schoon was het huisje ook niet.

Summary: Europarcs resort de rijp. Tussen 15:00 en 17:00 inchecken. Stonden we daar om 15:00, ingecheckt, zeggen ze: uw huisje is nog niet schoongemaakt uw moet even wachten. We hebbben tot 19:00 moeten wachten met een kind van 2 en zwangere vrouw, dat is echt onacceptabel. En dan konden we uiteindelijk het huisje in, en toen was deze niet eens goed schoon.. Verder rest is het park redelijk netjes. Meeste huizen kunnen zeker een lik verf gebruiken. Tbegint allemaal oud te worden op het park. Erik
