Welcome to Winter Haven, Florida and welcome to “The Florida House”!!
This property offers several amenities that are tailored to make your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Located just 7-10 minutes from Legoland Theme Park. The house is in a small, quiet neighborhood and sits on a privately fenced in yard with stunning sunset views including a private pasture ~ no neighbors in the back! The oversized lawn is great for outdoor play with family and friends while the screened in back porch accommodates for inclement weather or an afternoon picnic. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom, open living plan comfortably sleeps 9 guests. We are a family and pet friendly property. All spaces received a customized makeover, making each space a place you can consider a home-away-from-home.
With quick access to the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes, you can find yourself enjoying boating, paddle boarding, kayaking and canoeing. The Florida House sits between major cities, Tampa and Orlando (we suggest flying into the Tampa airport). You can easily visit theme parks like Busch Gardens, Disney World & Universal Studios during your stay. Beaches are within an hour and a half drive.

Summary: This place was perfect for my family to stay for spring break. The check in and check out was seem less! No laundry list of things to do and all that craziness! We will definitely be staying again!

Summary: This VRBO will not disappoint. The hosts are quick to respond and make sure your stay is pleasurable. The AC went out and they had someone out to repair it within the hour! Cannot recommend this property enough!

Summary: The home was absolutely beautiful with all necessary aminities taken care of by the owners. The neighborhood was wonderful and the neighbors very friendly. We stayed a full week and other than picking up a few groceries the owners had everything necessary to cook all meals. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog and even included a pooper scooper to help pick up after your pet. The home itself is gorgeous. Plenty of places to sit as we had 6 adults staying there and the bedrooms were comfortable. We would definitely come back here again to this same home.
