Summary: We chose this property because of the price and location. We were in town to float the San Marcos river and wanted to stay somewhere nice, relaxing, & not far from the river. This property was perfect for our group & in a very nice area!

Summary: Great weekend spent at TXST graduation! Location was close enough to get to/from campus and 15 min from our students off campus residence. Great open floor plan and was much more comfortable than a hotel. Sad we just discovered it after graduation :)

Summary: The house was great. The kitchen is large, with a large island. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and had plenty of towels and blankets etc We really appreciated the fully fenced in yard for the dogs. We had out of town family over on Saturday, and sat outside on the large, covered patio to visit! Our only issue was that there was no storage containers, tin foil or zip top bags. Other than that, the kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, utensils, and pans. We enjoyed our visit, and the ease of finding pur way around Lockhart.

Summary: We stayed in this lovely home for a wedding. It was a lot more spacious than we expected. We would recommend this home to anyone and if we go to Lockhart again we will definitely try to rent this home. The owner was great. There wasn’t a hair dryer and he ordered one for us. It was delivered the next day.

Summary: Great property! Well appointed and very spacious. Fabulous living area and kitchen, great master bedroom and ensuite. Huge backyard, garage and all necessary conveniences set in a quiet residential neighborhood on the edge of town. Chad was a great host. We'll be back!
