Positive: It was clean. It was close to the beach. Easy to find. Plenty of room. The owners were great to work with. Overall, it was worth the money and we enjoyed our time there.
Negative: The showers are very sensitive. Don’t flush while running for sure. The mattress in the master bedroom had a topper that was sliding off the top and was awkward to sleep on. The decor was a modge podge of things. And no trash can in the kitchen. We had to use grocery bags on a holder. The back yard is a terrible sight with plants growing on the pool cover. Honestly though, these things weren’t that important to us. And it worked.
Summary: We had such a good time. Overall, we loved the location and it was very clean. I would recommend it to a friend.

Positive: Fantastic four bedroom property with 2.5 baths and plenty of common area. The yard was fully enclosed and great for our dogs. Parking was easy, and despite being on a corner between two streets the interior was quiet. The beach was a quick walk and was a total highlight for us (and our dogs). And the big exercise room was perfect for our dog crates (and had boom box so we could tune to WCRB while at the wedding)! I have zero actual negatives and would absolutely look to stay here again if we were in the area in the future - compared with hotels in Salem (where we were attending a wedding) the value was incredible.
Negative: The coffee maker was a Keurig rather than traditional drip maker, so we ended up buying one for ourselves for the week as we're big coffee drinkers. Also it felt like a little while since the property had been used, as the dishes were a bit dusty so we just rinsed everything, and the sponges needed to be disposed of and replaced. All minor items that didn't detract at all from an amazing experience.
Summary: Large property with tons of usable space and a cozy feel - perfect place for our visit!
