Positive: The house is in a great location; we could go anywhere we needed in a relatively short time. We had a lot of fun playing with the darts board. The beds were comfortable, and the location was quiet.
Negative: This house underwhelmed us; it did not meet our expectations. The house felt a little rundown as cabinet panels were missing, the dishes were mismatched, the bathroom felt dated (the door barely shuts), and there was a fragrance smell that was overwhelming when we first checked in. In addition, the refrigerator was leaking, and we had to put a towel on the floor to soak it up. It also needed a new water filter. That being said, this was not a bad stay for what it was IF it was less expensive. We felt disappointed because when we booked it based on the listing pictures, we thought that it was going to be a higher-quality experience. I think that this property could do with some upgrades.

Positive: Great value for four people. Less expensive than two hotel rooms. Host was very helpful and friendly. Location is convenient to access freeway I80, restaurants, and a fantastic grocery store (Harmon’s). Has washer and dryer.
Negative: It’s not an elegant property, our group decided “bachelor pad” might be an accurate descriptor. Simply furnished with older furniture, an adequately supplied kitchen, and small bathroom are what you get, and it served our needs perfectly, albeit simply. While the owner might want to update some of the furnishings, that would raise the price, too.
Summary: If you’re looking for an inexpensive, central location for four people, this place is perfect.

Positive: washer dryer was a big plus. easy to get into the place.
Negative: 1/2 bath was a bit inconvenient from the bedrooms. The bed pillows are really not comfortable. Huge thick hard foam pillows are not for everyone. A variety of different types of pillows would be nice. Shower is a bit hard to access with the counter in the way.

Positive: This was a wonderful two-bedroom house. The beds were very comfortable, as were the couches in the living room. It was very spacious, well equipped kitchen. Lovely neighborhood. Our stay there was great.
Negative: Being 84, I was concerned about no railing for the 3 front steps. I managed, but cautiously! The large kitchen chairs were quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.
