Nestled into the gorgeous and historic south hill neighborhood, the cottage is walking distance to grocery stores, friendly pubs and fine dining.
Parks Cottage has two beautiful bedrooms with queen memory-foam hybrid beds, plus an office furnished with a desk and futon that folds out to a double bed. The dining area includes a large solid table that seats up to 10 and a game table with chess and checkers pieces. Our updated kitchen is fully equipped for meals grande or petite. The basement is unfinished but does include a brand new washer and dryer at your disposal, along with an unfinished but usable bathroom.

Summary: I have stayed at this property before and love the location, cleanliness and ease of booking. Well stocked home (games, kitchen items, coffee station etc). Would love to stay here again! Sorry this is so late - had a family emergency with my sister that has consumed all of my time the last few weeks.

Summary: This is probably one of the best short term rental stays I've had. The house is really clean and well decorated. You can tell the owners thought everything through. I love the hotel/spa like linen choices. Everything is so clean and I love it. Oh and the house has AC, which is amazing because my hubby and I both run hot. Highly recommend

Summary: We came to Spokane for my brother's wedding this past July. OMG it was so very hot in Spokane- nearly 100 degrees each day! But this house had such amazing AC and amenities the heat barely affected us. This house was just so CUTE!! And the hosts were so sweet and accommodating. We arrived to a basket on the counter with treats, wine and fresh flowers in it for us. They also provided snacks and bottles of water which were much appreciated in the heat. If I remember correctly, there was even a bag of ice in the freezer. The downstairs unfinished basement bathroom was pretty interesting, but my parents ended up using that one and said they actually liked the privacy of being downstairs. It is an older home, but you can tell the owners have put a lot of work and care into fixing it up and keeping the home adorable. We would stay here again for sure if the opportunity comes up!
