2 bedrooms - one with king bed and one with a queen, as well as a futon style couch with sheets and a twin mattress allow the whole family to sleep comfortably
55" HDTV comes with bluray player and many movies, as well as Roku streaming including Netflix, YouTubeTV, and many others.
Fully stocked updated mid-century kitchen is perfect for breakfast and making yourself at home.
Bathroom is clean and updated.
Bedrooms are old hardwood floors.

Summary: Loved the convenience to a few restaurants and 7-11. We spent most of our time in and around downtown/Riverfront and getting there was super easy and affordable when we used rideshares.

Summary: We had a great stay in this apartment. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location fit our needs perfectly. The restaurant across the street served a delicious breakfast and it was easy to get downtown for our Broadway show. It was a bit "dated" with plug ins that weren't super convenient for charging devices, and lacked a dishwasher (which was stated in the listing, so I wasn't expecting it, but if that is something you need, keep that in mind). I think this give it character and wouldn't keep me from staying here in the future. Price was reasonable and we didn't lack for anything. If you need a place to stay if visiting family in the hospital, this would be a great place.

Summary: We were in town for doctors appointments at the Sacred Heart and this was the perfect home base within walking distance. What a beautiful view of the cathedral!

Summary: Good place to stay while in Spokane area. Older apartment. Close to Manito Park and a couple places to eat within walking distance.

Summary: This was nice clean little place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. Parking is tight but adequate. The stairs leading up to the apartment are narrow and could be difficult for people with mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again.
