Summary: Beautifully appointed duplex with lots of character and comfortable beds. Lots of room and very clean. Close to downtown and all it has to offer, we even made the short trip to Stillwater to spend the day shopping in the charming shops. I would stay there again.

Summary: We rented both apartments in this duplex and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. The bedrooms are small, but we didn't spend a lot of time in them because the family room area was very pleasant.

Summary: Such a beautiful property. So much thought was put into this townhome. We would have loved to extend our stay, but it was already booked! Highly recommend!

Summary: So to start off we got to the location, I type in the door code open the door and there was clearly people already staying in the house. I backed out and tried to call the owner right away with no answer. I then called evolve and they answered. I was on hold for about 30 mins and then finally got back on the line with them and the told me someone checked in the day before to the place we were supposed to be staying at and that we could have the upstairs of the same property which I don’t really understand because you would think each unit would have its own door code... but I wasn’t mad because I am a night shift worker and didn’t want footsteps above us all day anyway. They gave us about $125 off our stay, which the upstairs is a cheaper booking so basically paid the regular price of the place. The apartment itself was super cool esthetic, really nicely decorated and overall very beautiful! It was pretty noisy with the people downstairs. The had set off the fire alarm which set ours off while I’m trying to sleep which wasn’t ideal. Also there was laundry down stairs I would assume for the downstairs unit and laundry right off the upstairs kitchen and they were using that laundry which is not a huge deal but changed when/if we could use it and then noisy right outside of our kitchen. Not sure if it stays anywhere who is supposed to use which laundry as both units have access to both. The Peloton bike was cool. Overall a good stay. As someone who needs more quiet I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
