There is a 3 ft wide staircase with shorter steps that leads down to the 900 sq ft basement 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and there are five stairs that lead up to the entry door from sidewalk.
Although there is insulation between floors, you will hear some normal "living" noises such as plumbing, footsteps or voices from the main floor above.

Summary: The place was easy to find and in a quiet area, conveniently located. The entryway was a bit tight but if you don’t have a lot of luggage or big luggage you’re good. The host’s communication was excellent and made sure we were good throughout our stay. We would stay again.

Summary: Check-in was simple and the space was very cute. Its a basement apartment with its own separate entrance. Must be able to negotiate stairs. Love the layout and the fact that its has a washer and dryer. Had everything I needed.
