Summary: This tiny house was perfect for my stay in New York! It was close enough to everything you could possibly need yet far enough to be in a quiet and peaceful location. I definitely enjoyed my stay and plan on staying again in the future!

Summary: Place was exactly as advertised. The privacy is real, not clever camera angles and tricks. Had an amazing stay there and I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m in the area or if I need to get out of the city.

Summary: This location was exactly what I needed for a quick stay in the area. Space was clean and tidy and did not feel cramped. The main bed was comfortable and the house was quiet. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were simple. Would recommend this spot to anyone coming to the area.

Summary: This tiny house is very small but perfectly adequate. The shower pressure and temperature is great. We have a dog and the yard was defined with thick brush which is perfect for playing with our dog. There is an indoor grill but no stove. Also, there’s a an outside grill. There’s a good food diner close by (Lakeside inn). Our host Nick is terrific! He responds almost instantly. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Nicholas has created a freankin' adorable tiny home on the perfect little property. Check in was easy! Nicholas was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to messages. We were in town for a wedding, and had 3 people in the space, plus 1 dog. Probably more comfortable for 2 people and a kiddo or two (to take advantage of the loft space) but we made it work for us. While there isn't a full oven, the Blackstone and grill were perfect for us for the weekend. Nicholas did a great job on the build of this home as well as all the finishing touches that give you a cabin/farmhouse vibe. Would 110% stay here again! The only thing "negative" about our stay was the lack of a welcome book explaining how to turn on certain lights/use the tv/wifi and the checkout instructions. Otherwise, we don't have a bad thing to say about this perfect little tiny house.
