Summary: Location was perfect! Property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Had all the comforts of home. Communication was excellent and the host was quick to answer any questions. We kayaked right from the property, grilled on the barbeque and sat around a bonfire. Ate at some local restaurants which were a short drive away and shopped in town. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

Summary: Check-in was a problem. Check-in listed after 3 PM. Office closed at 1 PM.Door to rental is key-coded. Manager stated VRBO was to provide the key-code to client by email before arrival.This was not done.I have same rental scheduled for June 16. I hope information is sent to me before upcoming arrival

Summary: Cute little house and extremely clean with just the right amenities. Great little getaway. I’m glad Tailwater was booked because this was a much better deal getting a whole house at half the price, very clean and cozy and still close enough to meet up at the tailwater for a celebration.

Summary: Great spot on the Estuary. Peaceful,clean, and quiet. I'd love to stay here again with lower water during the steelhead run. Only issue was the dock was pulled.... assuming that was due to the flood warning three days prior.
