As you step inside, you are greeted by a bright, airy, fully stocked kitchen and living area with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and custom cabinets. The adjacent dining room is perfect for hosting intimate dinner parties or family gatherings. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, which is spacious enough for watching tv or playing games with everyone in your group.
The master bedroom with a king bed is located on the second level and features a private balcony overlooking the lake. The remaining bedrooms, one on the main level (queen) and the other (2 sets of twin bunk beds) on the second level, are perfect for retiring after a long day of sunshine and lake life! There is also a full walkout basement that features a pool table and wet bar area, and second living room with pull out queen sofa.
The outdoor living space is just as impressive, with a large covered patio on the basement level or open porch off the main living area, perfect for entertaining guests, cooking out on the grill or relaxing while taking in the stunning lake views. The backyard leads directly to the water's edge, where you can enjoy fishing, boating, or swimming in the refreshing waters of Lake Greenwood. Large dock with seating is perfect for relaxing or cannon balls into the water! A set of wet stairs from the yard go right into the lake, for easy access to the water. Summary: Beautiful house right on the lake! Had everything we needed and more. Check in was a breeze, house was very clean. Had rainy weather one day, but still had a great time having a few adult beverages and enjoying the pool table. Grilled out most nights (check the grill before lighting! We had to clean a bird’s mess out of it). Rented a pontoon from Skipper's right down the road and was able to easily find the dock to our house while out on the water. Will definitely rent from Erin again!

Summary: Our stay at the Waterside Retreat was absolutely amazing! The home was the perfect combination of relaxing, spacious, and cozy. Summary: We absolutely loved our stay! The house was newly updated and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect with a spectacular view and a superb new dock. We were very close to Skipper’s to pick up our boat rental. It’s the last house on a dead end street so very quiet with plenty of yard to play! Our fur babies enjoyed the trip just as much as we did. We were able to easily get in the water from the wet stairs and float right outside the house. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Summary: What a great place to spend time with family or friends. Sitting on the deck watching sunrises and sunsets was spectacular. The house has 3 levels which affords for privacy when needed. Erin was great in responding if we had questions. Would definitely rent this property again.

Summary: We loved the privacy and sense of serenity the property provided. We were able to prepare meals in the well stocked kitchen, play pool downstairs, and we made a go at fishing from the dock. We enjoyed our stay and slept well in the comfortable beds.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely keep this in mind for the summer months. Everything was perfect. They had games for the kids and a pool table for the adults. Could have used some tv’s in the bedrooms but other than that we had no complaints and would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy.
