Positive: Staff, location and atmosphere ıs wonderful! A beautifully cared for property inside and out in a lovely community within easy walking. Scenic drive to nearby UNESCO church of Peace and to Ksiaz Castle. I would definitely recommend Petite Charlotta and thank you for your terrific service!

Negative: We neglected to ask for a firm mattress and as a result were in Room 7 with a great view of the fountains but a very soft bed. Absolutely my own error. I am confident this would not have been an issue if hotel staff had been aware. They are superior and I highly recommend a stay at Petite Charlotta.

Positive: A very cosy and clean hotel in Jedlina - we stayed for 3 nights in the smaller building in a ground floor room overlooking the park. The heart of this place is its staff! Although there wasn't anyone permanent on reception, the breakfast staff were wonderful. The breakfast was epic. It's so rare to have so much variety of foods for breakfast in Poland, and the food was so healthy! We enjoyed the salads, the hummus, fresh fruit (decorated with flowers from the garden!), raspberry cake, eggs, cottage cheese, fresh figs (!), apple pancakes freshly made, crepes, the list goes on!! A very special thank you to Pani Ira and Pani Beata who were so helpful and so welcoming. Lovely and hard working staff.

Negative: A loud disco was on in the park until 1am but we were warned by the lady who was checking us in and nothing the hotel could do about it. The weekend breakfast room front staff shouldn't be asking guests selectively for a room number - we were asked while she didn't ask other guests dining who were also new arrivals. This made us feel really uncomfortable.

Positive: It is located right next to the beautiful park but otherwise there is nothing to see or visit in this city. Rooms are clean and the breakfast was nice.

Negative: The message with the information that you have to check in in the hotel next door came one day later, so in the beginning we didn't know what to do. The room service left our room opened even when the whole building was opened to the public thanks to the optician on the ground floor. The staff on the second day wasn't able to speak English.
