Positive: Beautiful spot and the place was nice and modern, every bedroom has its own shower and toilet which was perfect for us as we were a large group travelling together. Nice touch with the pastries on arrival. It's about a 20min walk into Chania town.

Right on the water with good cafes and restaurants literally at your doorstep in an interesting renovated former industrial area now filled with up market small hotels and apartments. 15 minute walk along the water to the Old Town. And it has Parking!

Negative: Nothing but praise to give.

Positive: The host was wonderful- warm, friendly, informative and always available for a quick response. We had two cars and parking on site for both cars was fabulous. The view of the sun setting from the balcony was beautiful. The warm breeze blew into the living room and the open door kept us occupied with watching the passing parade.

Summary: Our family of six thought this was our best stay in Greece.

Positive: Very good location, quiet area, close to the sea. Historic house, nicely renovated. Huge living room, we all loved it. A great choice for up to 8 people. We spent great days in your house, thank you for the hospitality!

Negative: The kitchenette was otherwise very well equipped, perhaps you could think of a dishwasher, it would be helpful for a large group.

Summary: We had a great New Year's Eve with friends and family. Thank you!
