Make lasting memories at our unique, family-friendly home! The elevated design & cozy vibe makes for a relaxing vacation! Enjoy relaxing by the pool side in the outdoor dining area after a full day of fun scalloping & exploring the many springs of Crystal River & Homosassa!
This 3 bedroom home has 2 queen bedrooms & 1 King bedroom w/ 300mb/s Wi-Fi & a desk just in case you need to work in between time at the springs! The sunroom also has a queen size sofa bed for extra guests & a pack n play!

Quiet street on a dead end road with no thru traffic makes it ideal for families and a peaceful retreat!
Guests will have full access to the entire property with exception to the locked cleaner's cabinet.
**HEATED POOL**
This property has a modern, organic lake house vibe featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. There is a pool, large yard for your kids or dogs to play in and parking for multiple cars. We even have a double gate on the side yard to pull your boat into if needed!
(Heated pool -- pool heating is optionally heated for the entire length of the stay if guests choose to have pool heating)
Family essentials provided! We provide a baby gate, baby bath, baby monitor, white noise machine, pack n play and some baby books!
Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is here. We even thought of your fur babies and provide a food and water bowl for them!

NO PARKING IN THE FRONT YARD OR SIDE YARD AS THE SEPTIC TANK AND DRAINFIELD ARE LOCATED THERE.
We charge $20 per night for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool heater is on a timer and the heater runsfrom 8am to 8pm only.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

Summary: Very nice stay. Nice pool, pet friendly. We could get to many different types of activities within 20 minutes. I would definitely check out the local seafood and we loved hanging out at Rainbow Springs. It was breathtaking! We will stay here again!

Summary: This was a very nice place to stay. Enjoyed the whole time we were here! Good solid fence for the fur babies. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean & modern kitchen appliances. We were very pleased with the quick responsiveness of our host, Chris. Also, impressed with the lawn service person who came & told us he was there so we could keep the dogs in. This was an A-1 place to stay.

Summary: Inside of the house was absolutely spotless and clean. A few broken handles on furniture but nothing dirty. The problem was we selected this property for the pool which we were unable to use. It was green when we got there. I called…they sent out pool service…still green the next day…I called again…pool service came out again…better by the last day but not good. Never got to use pool. It was July in Florida and we get a lot of rain but they should have been on top of it. Outside furniture was awful also. Covered by a tarp that was full of water. Lots of mold and mildew. Nothing like pics. Location was good and inside house clean.

Summary: We had a great time at this property! It’s just around the corner from a great paddle launch at The Adventure Center. We were able to bring the dogs and the back yard was big and secure! The pool was great to cool off in every afternoon. The homeowner was very responsive.

Summary: We spent lots of time searching for an ideal property to host our family (4 adults, one child plus our two furry kids). This place did not disappoint. Looks even better in real life than in photos. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated, equipped in everything that we needed. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The location is perfect for nature lovers looking to relax, spend some time on beautiful walking trails, swimming in crystal clear springs , visiting friendly manatees. There’s an abundance of nature tours, conservation areas and parks within 15 minute radius. We truly enjoyed the size and privacy of the backyard and our morning coffee by the pool while listening to the birds . The weather was perfect and we have finally received a much needed doses of vitamin D. We spent the whole month of February at Chris’s place and this was not long enough. Can’t wait to come back for even longer. Our dogs looooooved the place, too. Thanks Chris!!!!

Summary: We had a great time discovering FL springs. We headed out to 7 sisters , the crack and Rainbow springs. The water was delicious and cool for these hot summer days. Enjoyed coming back to our very central location, VRBO home. Jumped in the pool and was able to make dinner and relax. The house has all the amenities we needed. House was very comfortable and cozy. Would recommend and stay again.
