Open and airy 5 bedroom, 2 full bath house in Pettaquamscutt. Pettaquamscutt has a neighborhood beach and kayak rental center! It is also located a quick drive to Narragansett Town Beach, local restaurants, and boutique shops.
Upper level includes an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen with a center island, family room, full bath, and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, and the other two have full size beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the center of the hallway.
The lower level holds a secondary family room, and the other two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, and the other one has a full size bed. A secondary full size bathroom with shower-stall, and washer & dryer are also found on this level.

Cleaning & linen fee: An additional cleaning & linen fee will be charged to renters during the summer season. Bookings 14 nights or greater: Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25.00 cleaning fee. Guests that book a full month (29 nights or greater) will be charged an additional $50.00 cleaning fee.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-50lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.

Summary: Very clean house. We had a couple issues. One of the fire alarms was beeping. Rental agent had to come out. Rental Listing stated bath mats would be included and there were none. Had to use towels provided. Washer & dryer could be updated. Had to text owner to ask how do it. Apparently knobs aren’t lined up. The neighborhood was quiet. Book stated access to neighborhood beach but no directions where to go. Other than that it was fine!

Summary: We just recently spent a week in this home, first off the house is extremely spacious. There is a lake right down the road which is a beautiful walk. But we chose to take the 17 min ride to Scarborough each day. The house had plenty of room for everyone. We had a smaller group but also had people come up for the day and no issues with space. We had only 2 issues, the fridge was slightly cracked and one curtain kept falling but it wasn’t an issue because it was behind a bush, so privacy wasn’t an issue. The house had basically everything you could need: it did lack a couple of items that I would think are staples in a rental, Ice cream scoop, cutting boards, strainer, and grill brush otherwise it was stocked. None of which had any impact on our vacation, but we could have used those items. The linen service was a huge plus. Overall I would give it a 10 out of 10.

Summary: Great house for a vacation week. They supplied everything we needed so made it easy for us to unpack our clothes and enjoy. Very clean and well taken care of.

Summary: This was a roomy house. We loved the ping pong table, and the little neighborhood was convenient and fun for cousins aged three to fifteen to play together. It was great for bonding again after two years apart. We had two quick trips to Newport for a ballgame and a mansion tour. There was a slight mildew smell on arrival. Leak in upstairs bathroom but manager sent a plumber. Wish the cleaning crew had reported it. Some beds were saggy and rough on backs. Otherwise house was well equipped
