Positive: This villa is in a row of 3 villas owned by the same people. They are all surrounded by high hedges ensuring privacy and are well landscaped with a good sized pool, sun loungers and seated areas to ensure sun/shade throughout the day. The inside has a great layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs and the master downstairs. All have en suites and there is an additional cloakroom off the dining area. All have plenty of toilet rolls, liquid hand soap. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area ensure respite from the heat as needed. Anna, the manager, provided a few food essentials to recent you needing to go out on arrrival, there were outdoor towels and some random hats to prevent the use of your own personal towels or the indoor towels. We received a cake gift during our stay. We love the area. Very close to Agios Georgios. There is a tavern within a few minutes walk and only 8-10 minutes drive from a good supermarket and the hustle and bustle of coral bay. Personally, we feel you would need a car but if you want a quiet villa holiday, eating locally and can navigate a steep walk to the local beach , you could certainly manage without.
Negative: This property is very dated. On arrival it feels fairly clean. However we quickly realised that the property hasn’t been adequately dusted and cleaned for some time. There was evidence of previous occupants under beds and furniture and plenty of dust. The groves of the windows in the bathrooms were thick with dirt. The kitchen cupboard doors and tops of items on the worktop were all sticky with grease and dust, the contents of all the cupboards required cleaning before use. There is no matching dinner service, with the majority of the plates being Christmas plates! The cutlery is cheap and mismatched. Not a single decent knife for meal preparation. The glass chopping boards had a stick on design beneath them which were peeling off leaving them impossible to clean adequately. We had the misfortune to need to pull the washing machine out during our stay due to a spider guest. It was clear it had been a very long time since it had been cleaned back there! The mattresses on all the beds were ancient and uncomfortable, covered with waterproof sheets that were crinkly. The sheets and blankets were threadbare. All the pillows were very stained and the spare bedding in the wardrobes was in the same condition and smelt. The master bedroom had the worst mattress. Resulting in me sleeping on the sofa for a couple of nights. This was advertised as a sofa bed. It was not and the ‘spare bed’ was a camp bed that was dirty, dusty and stained. We ended up using all the spare pillows under the bottom sheet in an attempt to make a mattress that was comfortable enough to sleep on. In addition the ‘big light’ in the bedroom could not be used as this continually flashes after being on a minute. The outside area was littered with the remnants of previous residents visits. Straws, bbq bones, punctured inflatable, general litter.
Summary: Great location, great layout, fantastic pool. In desperate need of some TLC and modernising.

Positive: Everything. The villa offers everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. It's very well equipped both indoors and out at the poolside. The rooms are spacious and all en suite giving us the space and privacy we needed. Anna and Luca are a lovely couple and responded quickly to the 1 issue we had with air conditioning. Thank you for all you did for us ,including a gift of home made cakes.There is a wee local taverna within walking distance and the nearby harbour was the perfect spot for safe snorkeling. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return in the future.

Positive: Very peaceful well equipped and such lovely hosts. Responsive and interested in their guests. Very welcoming and ready to assist in any way at all. As we had a late arrival Anna had put some supplies in the fridge so we had some food and drink to get us started a lovely touch.
