Summary: Hotel is rundown ... you check in on your own with a machine. In 3 nights that we were there I only saw a staff member twice ... Shower was leaking and making the bathroom floor very wet and slippery.. Housekeeping daily would clean it. There's no pool as we were fooled by the pictures... only a pool in suites. Building and rooms needs some renovation ...

Summary: Good Location, 5-10 mins walk away from 2 different lines, walking distance to Jamsil sports complex and a 15-30 mins away from Lotte world tower. Lots of food around with a local market nearby too. It allows maybe check in maybe 15 minutes before the indicated check in time of 3pm only though. Room is big and there is a bath tub with jacuzzi, however the bubbles are not working. Good enough for a repeat stay in my opinion.
