Positive: Staff and location are amazing! The pool was lovely and the beds are comfortable

Negative: Our fridge did not work, and the toilet seat was very wobbly. However, other than this everything was good.

Positive: The bungalows were really nice. The breakfast was good.

Negative: It was close to lots of music. It was quite loud until around 3/4am but I still managed to sleep reasonably well. The bed were quite hard. It didnt affect my sleep. We booked the rooms through booking.com. Our original rooms weren't very nice and they needed freshening up regarding decor. The rooms backed onto a night club which was very loud. We asked the next day at reception to move a bit further away and they moved us without any charges. If the hotel was full that wouldntbhave been possible. We were put in the new bungalows and they were lovely and a bit better regarding the noise. We was very happy with that.

Positive: The property was clean, with a lovely pool. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: There was building work ongoing on the other side of the pool but noise only occurred during daylight hours so wasn’t really a disturbance.

Positive: Good location, friendly staff, reasonable price. Pool was nice.

Negative: Bathroom had a strange odour and felt dirty. Water didn't get very hot in the shower. Quite noisy which is to be expected from the beach clubs but there was also construction going on in the resort which started quite early.
