Summary: We were very disappointed with our stay, especially as the hotel did not live up to the positive reviews and recommendations we saw on Expedia. The room had a dirty floor on arrival, and the shower was in poor condition — the shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay in place, so we had to hold it while showering. There was even a hole in the roof of the shower area. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it miserable to sleep on. Only two pillows were provided for two guests; when we requested two more, it felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Overall, the standard of the room and amenities fell far short of expectations, leaving a sour taste in our mouths not only about the hotel but also about Expedia’s recommendations.

Summary: Our stay was good. A staff member met us at the peir and brought our baggage right to our hotel and kept the place clean as they could even after crazy rain showers. Its near a pretty popular bar which makes it loud at night but we knew that going there. The one thing I wasnt impressed with was the bathroom. Its an open concept so when you take a shower everything in the room gets wet including your toliet, floor doesnt drain very well making it a slipping hazard. The shower also had very little water pressure making it difficult to rinse off. The buffet could use a little better selection in food, but you cant except much for the price you pay

Summary: All around nice hotel, nice staff. Only small downside is the noise since the hotel is in the middle of the bar street and very close to slinky beach bar. But they provide earplug in the room and it’s not that bad at night. Also very nice pool with a very good barman, makes the best drinks

Summary: Perfect location and hotel if you are going to phi phi to join in the party scene however, it is pretty loud at night. The hotel does provide ear buds which is very thoughtful

Summary: The staff was super nice and the morning breakfast was very good. I normally don’t expect anything from an included breakfast, but it was really good, incorporated a lot of the big Thai dishes.
