Positive: Great location on the beach. Near the quieter end, 5 minute walk from the pier. Quiet beach area in front of the hotel with free sunbeds. Great view of Phi Phi from the balcony but watch out for the monkeys. Staff were very welcoming

Negative: Breakfast was ok. Quite basic. Hotel room was large but a little dated.
