Summary: The staff were courteous, the room was clean. We had a room pool side and the 20 something year olds came home after 2 am and played cards in the common area by the pool very very loudly! They did quiet after I said something but feel it should have been staff who stopped this. The beds were very very hard and breakfast was fruit and toast.

Summary: Beautiful island and hotel, can’t say the same for the service and noise. I specifically booked this place because it was supposed to be out of the noisy/party crowd, and also because of the free wif, specified on the room description. Upon arrival i realize the wifi doesn’t work in the room, which i really on for my travel. Im simply being told that there’s no wifi in room, that’s it, not trying to fix it, no applogy, the only option was to use the common area which was many steep steps below but mostly invaded by mosquitoes. No compensation or kind gesture to compensate (which was requested by hotels.com) even when i asked for a glass of water at breakfast. Also unable to sleep for 3 nights as the vibration from the beach bar situated very far resonates all the way up into the treehouse room. Earplugs won’t do because it is literal vibration. That’s until 3am on average. Let’s not forget the hellway to get there from the port under the sun and the steepest hill ever, and no offer to pick up to facilitate the arrival. Definitely not recommended for accessibility challenged people. Overall, you will get a basic room but don’t expect anything else, or even the ability to sleep.

Summary: What a delightful place to stay. I had read some reviews about it and was a bit worried, but the only downside was the steps to the rooms/cabins up a steep hill. It’s a good location, and the noise from the beach at night was unnoticeable.
