Summary: Room average, no bedding for pull out sofa, no wash clothes and towels, phone did not work had drive to office for items.

Summary: Property had good parking. Unfortunately room wasn't t very clean. The tub had some black mold or residue. The other bathroom tub was peeling. The bed was like sleeping on cement which is why I checked out a day early. The remotes didn’t pair with the tvs which made it impossible to watch any of the televisions. The staff were very informative and polite.

Summary: This visit was a quick overnight stay as we were going to UPenn hospital the next morning. The hotel called us late afternoon to confirm we were still coming. After arriving, checkin was easy and we settled in. We found our room to be clean and well maintained. We really had no issues with it. The property in general appears to be well maintained.Being near the airport I thought it would be somewhat noisey, but that was not the case. Breakfast was rather limited. The only hot items were make your own waffles and a selection of breads, bagels, etc. for toasting along with you usual continental breakfast items.

Summary: Nice place, nice pool, we were able to check in early. Which was great because it was very hot and we had a very early flight out in the morning. My only complaint is the remote for the tv only turned it on and would not control anything else on the Tv. I mentioned it to the front desk twice and she said she would send maintenance up and no one ever showed up.

Summary: Staff was helpful and friendly. Bathtub was not draining properly, next day staff was informed. However once back at the hotel later that day, bathtub was still not draining. Staff said that informed maintenance. Overall it was a good experience for the price paid.

Summary: After I got in bed I heard a loud rattling noise which I thought was the AC. When I opened the window curtain I saw that the window was completely open and the noise was coming from an outside AC unit across the walkway. It ran for another 30 minutes before it quit.

Summary: The rooms were minimally clean, there were fresh towels, and toiletries. The main problem was that the Air Conditioning was not working. The temp was set to 64’F and the actual temp was 79’F. It was very hot and humid during our stay in Philadelphia and we could not get comfortable. After notifying the front desk I was told they had no maintenance staff available and our rooms could not be switched because the hotel was 100% booked. The next morning during checkout I was told that there were rooms available and they did not know why we weren’t switched. They left a message for their manager but as of today we have not heard anything.
