Outside the home you will find a generous fully fenced yard area with a paved outdoor entertaining area which includes a dining setting and BBQ.
PhilDen Holiday Escapes is located within walking distance to Lions Park, and approximately 750m from the local boat ramp, where you can launch the boat and explore the picturesque Sussex Canals. The home is a short 5 minute drive to Sussex Inlet Beach and Surf Club, or a 5 minute drive to the centre of town which boasts many cafes, a variety of restaurants, a local supermarket and other surrounding boutique stores.
