Negative: There was a jacuzzi advertised but we only got a small blow up bath that was annoying to heat. There were wild cats there that had fleas and other pests.
Summary: The overall experience was great, especially the location was really nice.

Positive: Philips Holiday House is a truly unique place. It may not be the most pristine or centrally located, but it has an authentic charm. You'll find everything you need here: privacy, a grill, a traditional *fourno* oven, a fireplace, and beautiful views—plus an adorable cat to keep you company. Although the jacuzzi wasn't working during our stay, the rest of the amenities made up for it. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the atmosphere of a real Cypriot home, escape the crowds, and enjoy a peaceful retreat.
Negative: One downside we experienced was with the plumbing, as water tended to pool in the bathroom, and was a bit smelly outside.

Positive: Amazing location with a breathtaking view, just a 5-minute car ride from Latchi (perfect for boat ride weekend)! The house is charming and very well-equipped. We also met a very friendly cat at the venue, she was a frequent guest and a nice bonus for us.
Negative: Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi bath was not available

Positive: The host was very friendly and helpful explained everything to us as soon as we arrived! He also shared a few secret spots to go to in Latchi! The property has an amazing view, plenty of facilities (a lot of towels, plates, cutlery and even spices for cooking!). We enjoyed using the local traditional oven outdoors - made delicious meat and vegetables in it. Although the location is only 5 minutes drive from the center of Latchi, it’s really quiet and relaxing in the area where the house is based - there was no noise at all and barely any light pollution so you can see the stars!! Overall we loved it and can’t wait to come back!
