Positive: Great location, beds comfortable, access was easy and the house generally had everything you need for a short stay. Easy communications during the booking process.

Negative: The sofas and armchair are not very comfy, there was only one spoon which didn't affect us too much but needs checking. The heating system needs its timer moving forward an hour.

Positive: Lovely big main bedroom with TV.

Negative: Hadn’t realised when booked bathroom was downstairs, so unfortunately elderly parents couldn’t come. Sofa’s in the living room weren’t very comfortable. Woke up at 6am boiling hot as heating had come on. Rather frustrating to learn from owners that digital thermostat was broken so to use timer on the boiler. Would be nice to have better quality softer linen and pillows.

Positive: The house was lovley and it was clean and only a mile from the town centre and also a few nice pubs just 2 streets away and take aways and Sainsbury's local which is very handy

Negative: The street the house was on it was really quiet just wasn't what we expected

Positive: Stayed here for the weekend with a group of friends. Philip House is a lovely little house less than 10 mins walk from Chester centre. Close proximity to Chester Station. Free parking. Nice and cosy.

Negative: Nothing - we would happily stay here again.
