We provide fresh linen/towels unless you prefer your own. We also include 4 beach tags & 4 beach chairs for all of your beach fun!!. Fantastic location!! ONE block from the BEACH, 5 min. walk from the playground, basketball/tennis courts, skating park, Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, CVS & Acme!! 5 min. drive from Atlantic City Casinos & Spas, boardwalk, restaurants, & nightlife! We do not allow pets, smoking, or parties since we are a cute, quaint, & quiet home! Our family resides in the home above and are on the property regularly if you ever need assistance. We want to accommodate you the best way we can and pray many families will make lifelong, HAPPY memories here at Philly's Beach House!

Summary: We loved it! Perfect for a relaxing trip to Brigantine Beach. The front porch for relaxing and provided beach chairs and tags were awesome! We will be back!

Summary: My friend and I decided to go to the beach. We thought it was perfect. The place was clean and the host had everything we needed to be comfortable. They made it very easy. We had a great time. We would definitely like to stay another time.
