Positive: The staff were attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond catering to my mother who is celiac, and arranging breakfast for us prior to departure despite being before breakfast time. The caves suites are incredible and cool in heat and hot in the cold. I would book again in a heartbeat

Positive: The hotel is absolutely beautiful – a true Cappadocia experience. The rooms are spacious and carved into the rock, giving a unique and authentic feel. Breakfast was excellent, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. We give the hotel our highest praise and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

Positive: Authentic cave hotel unlike others that call themselves 'cave' hotels but are free-standing Being located out if Goreme in Cavusin ended up being ideal for balloon viewing every morning and was a pleasant 30minute walk into town when we wanted to go. Plus it's more closely situated for Red/Rose Valley hikes Room was beautiful and had everything we needed, the breakfast was good too

Negative: Being a cave hotel the ventilation wasn't great so the bathroom could remain damp and smelled a bit but I suspect this is common to all cave hotels

Positive: The room is clean and spacious. It's comfortable and quiet. It's a good location to view the hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast selection was reasonable and sufficient.

Negative: Uphill and narrow street to the accommodation - making it difficult for SUV car and parking. We had some damage on the bumper unfortunately.
