Summary: The staff and management were helpful and responsive. The building is in need of some updating, but staff worked very hard to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Summary: The rooms and property are more dated than the photos suggest, but the stay was comfortable enough. The desk is unmanned, though they do leave cell numbers for the on-call staff which was effective. You can't really come and go as you please after a certain time, as they lock the front doors, but there really isn't much to do in the area after dark anyway. The room was tidy, mattress was old and springy but the bedding was very fresh. Coffee available in the lobby and in room, with a couple cute restaurants nearby for breakfast. I'd stay here again in a pinch.

Summary: There's no front office manager but we call and they were there two minutes after. Check-in was easy. We got an upgrade. Its a cozy hotel with few amenities but cozy. Restaurant was not so bad. Expensive but at least in the hotel. We didint like the neighborhood particularly at night but it was ok for one night.
