No car traffic - No siren from the police or fire department. Here, your children can still play undisturbed in the street. Go for a morning jogging at Prairie Pines Preserve - 5 miles - 10 minutes from the house - one of the" walking trails" is a half-mile loop.
In approx. 8–10 minutes by car you are back in the vibrant life at Pine Island Road with all needs for daily life (like Walmart, Publix, Target, Aldi, BJ and much more) as well as restaurants for every taste
For the nature lover, there are 4 kayaks available to explore the surrounding waterways and enjoy nature.

Here are four sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe after a refreshing swim in the salt water pool. On the covered part there is a table and six chairs.
