Positive: Quiet neighborhood just a short drive from anywhere. Fabulous backyard patio! Kitchen had everything we needed. Apartment was clean and cozy!
Negative: The sofa bed wasn’t great for our tall kiddos :) but would be fine for younger kids.

Positive: This location was very close to many things. With limited parking around town it was easy to leave my vehicle there and get an Uber at a low cost. It's a cozy place, really enjoyed our time there together. Appreciate the owners quick responses whenever I had a question.
Negative: Nothing I can think of at the moment. Everything went smoothly, even our neighbors were kind and we shared the driveway with no issues. I will say if you order food for delivery make sure you put the unit # and give them instructions on how to deliver.

Positive: Comfy towels. Soft TP. Roku TV. Kitchen appliances. HVAC worked well. Easy to get to downtown and museums.
Negative: No wash cloths. Not enough TP. Kitchen table had no room for knees. TV in one bedroom didn't work properly. Living room couch not comfortable. Driveway only holds one car without being blocked. Neighborhood has little in the way of shopping or places to eat. It is literally on the other side of the tracks.
Summary: A good place to sleep, but not someplace you would want as a vacation destination in and of itself.

Positive: The location was convenient and for the most part it was clean.
Negative: Little parking, the night we arrived the neighbors had a party of some sort with bouncy houses and loud music and it was quite crowded and hard to find a place to park. There was other guests in the complex and they had already took most of the parking. Other than that it was fine.
