Positive: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—the rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. In particular, the receptionist provided outstanding support when it came to planning tours. If you ask, they are more than happy to give detailed advice, suggest the best options, and tailor recommendations based on your preferences. Thanks to their enthusiasm and local knowledge, organizing trips around Phong Nha became so much easier and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again!

Positive: We loved our stay at Cherish House! It’s a little out of the main strip (but an easy walk in) and is right near the river with lots of coffee shops. Phi was also amazing! I cannot rave about her enough, she sat with my friend and I for about an hour when we first got in, chatting to us about all the different activities and tours to do and showing us pictures to make sure we picked a good one that worked for us. She also sent us info before we got there so we had a rough idea. The room was lovely too, with a gorgeous view of the mountains from the balcony and it was super big, so lots of space to repack our bags. The family dinner option each night was also great value for money, Phi and her sisters cooked up some lovely food and it was a great way to meet other travellers. Every part of this stay was fabulous and I cannot thank Phi enough for looking after us, I have never had someone care so much about us and making sure that we have a good time. I would recommend this if you’re staying in Phong Nha, Phi will look after you so well. Thanks Phi and team!

Positive: Excellent location. The owner and her sister are so lovely. We had a family meal on our first night which was amazing food and ordered food again from here another night as it was that good! We had no issues with the room and had a double bed each with fluffy bedding which was so comfortable. Nice roof top with stunning views of Phong Nha. We rented motorbikes for cheap to explore Phong Nha and they offer really good tour’s of the caves too! The breakfast is very tasty :)

Positive: When I was sick on my checkout day, they kindly offered to let me stay in the room until the evening, past the normal checkout time, which was when my bus was leaving. The staff was kind and helpful.
