Positive: The owner was really nice and made everything really easy and convenient for us ! The location was really great, easy to get anywhere, and the apartment was clean and with everything we needed
Negative: There's a lot of stairs to climb to get there, so be careful if you have a lot of luggages (like us)

Positive: The location was good, but bear in mind that it's on the hill where only a little bus can take you, so if you want to go to the city center, you always need to transfer to another bus. The neighborhood was quiet and CU was nearby. The guesthouse was easy to find. There is a kitchen for all guests and it was very well equipped. There are also a lot of chairs where you can sit and chat or eat. There is also a terrace on the 2F with a nice view. The host was very kind and helpful. One day wifi wasn't working so we called the host he answered immediately and the problem was fixed within 5 minutes. The room was overall clean and there were towels, a fridge a TV, and an AC. There is also a washing machine outside with easy instructions on how to use it.
Negative: The main problem was that no windows were facing the outside and the room smelled musty all the time!!!!!! We bought an air freshener but it did nothing. In the picture of the room you can see, there are windows but these are windows to the hallway where other guests walk (luckily the windows are not seethrough and you can lock them from the inside). Sometimes the smell was unbearable, so we relaxed with even our doors open, to have at least some air circulation. We had a problem even drying our towels in the room, because of the humidity and they smelled really bad. Overall the area around the house wasn't as clean as it is in the picture. There was a lot of stuff just lying around. It all looked outdated and as if no one was taking care of it.
Summary: It wasn't bad for the price but not as good as the reviews.
