Negative: Very minor….would have like to have better hot water for shower.

Positive: The location was great, the range of accommodation was good. They have a great pool and the potential to offer a lot of activities, but most were a work in progress. The staff were exceptional, although only a few spoke English, they went to great effort to accommodate us. We can fault the quality of service
Negative: The menu was quite limited, but what was served was great. There were bikes but they were not well maintained.

Positive: The people were friendly and helpful. The kiddie pool is nice and big. Since the whole place is so huge, they can arrange for a free golf car to take you from place to place, like if you stay at one of the triangle houses and want to go to the pool. There are quite a few activities to take part in.
Negative: One of the only resorts I've ever stayed at that doesn't do bacon at the breakfast buffet. In general the food is mediocre. They have a rabbit cage. We saw one rabbit trying to eat a plastic bag that got in. Even after we told two people about it, nobody bothered to take it out.

Positive: Beautiful looking resort and very nice, helpful staff.
Negative: We actually left to stay elsewhere because we didn't realise how far outside the national park it was without a car (our fault). It was a 45 min tuk tuk drive and $35. The tent was pretty basic; just a mattress on the floor and a shared bathroom. We paid the same inside the park for a better equipped tent with a private bathroom.
