Summary: Location was great, the Old Quarter was just across the bridge. The room was clean and nice but the bathroom was not great,. There was urine on the toilet seat and cover and tiny little bugs everywhere, but these issues were easily rectified. For the price this was absolutely a steal, the owner was so kind and the service was top notch.

Summary: The staff were very lovely, we used google translate to communicate with them the entire time. Yes, the hotel is located by the bridge but you have to get a taxi or grab every time you want to go into the old quarter/city centre as there is no feasible way to walk across. The room itself was technically clean, but it smelt very strongly of mould which made us feel quite sick and was definitely off putting. If you want to stay in Hà Nội I would recommend staying in the Old Quarter or surrounding as you’ll pay around the same price (if not cheaper) for a room and be able to save the money on transport. I don’t think this hotel is worth it.

Summary: Staff is very nice and make sure your stay is comfortable. Unless you are a limited budget traveler, may not be a good place to stay… need a ride to go to downtown/tourist sights.

Summary: Air conditioner didn't turn on！ There were times when there was no hot water in the shower. I was led to a room in the basement. After staying one night, the room was kept clean. The night staff was very kind, even recommending massages.
