Summary: Their was no room card key. I had to use a master key on a door lock that was faulty. The poorly designed master key's plastic "handle" broke in one of my multiple attempts to unlock the door. I was made to pay for this key to be replaced. I do not think this was reasonable as the door lock itself was faulty. If the service was not as good as it was, I would not return.

Summary: The staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. They offered me a shuttle from the airport. The food was good and rooms were clean. It’s an older building so do not expect top of the line amenities but for the price point, I cannot complain. I have no complaints.

Summary: Good location, very close to the airport. Shuttle was great. Spacious clean rooms. Customer service was good. Hanna was awesome and very friendly. I will definitely book here again. The restaurant had delicious food. The prices are very reasonable.

Summary: I didn't like not getting hot water for .my showers. I was there for 8 nights and the hot water only came on for 5 mins one night. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.
