Positive: The room itself was generally clean and the bathroom was well maintained. The kitchen staff member was very kind and helpful — she warmed hot water for me whenever I needed it, which I appreciated. The property seems to have potential and could be very nice with a few improvements.

Negative: The bottom bedsheet appeared dingy/yellowed even though the top sheet looked clean, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bed also shifted when I moved during the night. The coffee machine in the room was not working, and there was no microwave available. This made it difficult to warm water or reheat food I had brought, which was inconvenient. I also had to repeatedly request bottled water. The window view was disappointing — instead of the expected scenery, it faced a very close wall with a view of a back area containing garbage.

Positive: The hotel was 2 mins from Piarco Airport by taxi or shuttle. You can literally walk there. The rooms large with huge very comfy bed, balcony, fridge, tea n coffee, a desk table and a walk in shower in a clean bathroom. Food and drinks were available all day until 9pm and there were good food take aways nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to the airport.

Negative: Nothing to not like.

Summary: Fabulous hotel and reasonably priced very close to Piarco International Airport.

Positive: The staff were excellent. Although I was initially given the wrong room, the front desk agent promptly apologized for the mix-up and swiftly arranged for me to have the correct room.

Negative: I recently stayed at this hotel for one night due to my flight being overlay. While my overall experience was decent, there were a few areas for improvement. The room could benefit from a deeper cleaning, as the bedside tables, laps, windows and balcony were noticeably dusty. Additionally, the face napkin box in the bathroom has an unpleasant stain. However, the hotel’s proximity to Piarco International Airport in Trinidad was a major plus, making it a convenient option for travelers like myself. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its convenient location.
