Positive: The staff were exceptionally good, especially Hussein from reception, who always went the extra mile to handle any requests or problems we had. Rooms are well-maintained and meticulously cleaned. The housekeeping team deserves real praise for their attention to detail, which made our stay consistently comfortable. The facilities across the hotel are top-notch, with everything kept tidy and in working order. The pools were always clean. Dining options in some restaurants were a bit repetitive, but luckily you can reserve more restaurants near the reception area. I especially recommend the Golden Buddha for some great thai food and extra attentive and cheerful staff, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent service and a welcoming environment that makes you feel truly cared for as a guest. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
Negative: Although the hotel itself was spectacular, the surrounding areas, and Sharm in general, have sadly declined in nearly every way. Tourist traps, aggressive scammers, and dishonest sellers are everywhere. I therefore recommend spending most of your time at the hotel and skipping Sharm as a sightseeing or shopping destination.

Positive: . Everything about our stay was great — from the food to the rooms, the quality of service, and the friendliness of almost all the staff. The Buddha Restaurant in particular stood out, with its lovely setting and amazing food. The only downside was one staff member in the Buddha Restaurant who seemed a bit moody when taking drink orders. At an all-inclusive resort, it shouldn’t be an issue to order a couple of Diet Pepsis and a Sprite, especially since I finished them all and later ordered more. His attitude came across as if he was annoyed, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent service. A smile would have made a big difference, and unfortunately because of that negative interaction, I chose not to leave him a tip. Another area that could be improved is the evening entertainment. It felt limited compared to the neighbouring hotel, which had foam parties, livelier music, and a wider range of activities. Adding more variety and fun options like that would really enhance the overall guest experience. Aside from these small points, we had a wonderful time and would happily recommend the resort, especially for its food, rooms, and welcoming staff.
Negative: Overall, our stay was enjoyable and there were many positives, but there is definitely room for improvement in certain areas. The main disappointment was with our room allocation. We were given a family room (4014), but it did not have separate beds for our two children. Instead, the double bed had been moved awkwardly away from its fixed headboard, and a single bed was simply placed next to it. It was clear that the room was not properly designed or set up for a family with children who require their own space. As this trip was for our 10-year anniversary, I asked if we could be moved to another room that was more suitable, so that the children could be accommodated comfortably and we could also enjoy the stay as intended. Unfortunately, there were no alternative rooms offered, nor did staff make any real effort to find a solution. I was told that this was the “best room” available and felt somewhat fobbed off. At the time, I accepted the situation because I didn’t want to create a negative start to what should have been a special occasion, and we were only staying for three nights. However, in hindsight, I feel that more could and should have been done to help resolve the issue. Families expect practical arrangements, and for an anniversary stay in particular, a little extra effort from staff would have gone a long way. This is the main downfall of our experience, and I hope management takes this on board. With better attention to room suitability and a willingness to resolve guest concerns more proactively, the overall experience could be much improved.
