Positive: My family and I had an amazing stay, the resort is well maintained and there are multiple pools.. staff are extremely friendly starting from the reception desk managed by Mr Reda Mokhtar who is very resourceful and cooperative, ending with room service staff and waiters at the restaurants.
Negative: It was a bit crowded and loud.

Positive: Everything are really great. Special thanks to Mr Reda who responded promptly to our requests.
Negative: *There was an issue before coming to the hotel regarding receiving a fraud link through the chat function of the app. However, Booking.com eventually sorted this out and refunded me so take care about responding to any messages. *There's a huge waste of food from some people so I hope hotel will be more strict to avoid such a waste. *Probably ironing facilities is needed in the room as well

Everything was perfect — from the cleanliness of the rooms, the delicious variety in the restaurants, the pools, the bars, to the fantastic animation team and outstanding reception service. This is not our first time here, and definitely won’t be the last. They even celebrated a birthday for us with drums and singing — for free! A special thanks to Mr. Reda, who was responsible for our stay — he was incredibly helpful, professional, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Truly top-notch service! Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing and joyful vacation.

Positive: The hotel is amazing from the beginning at the Reciption MR. Ayman help us a lot he is quick and amazing and give us all information needed arrange our restaurant reservations then the room was amazing clean and new , the view is really like piece of heaven, the entertainment team is amazing and helpful, the beach foam party is crazy amazing thanks to MR disco the leader of the animation team makes our life easy and take the children keep them busy . Again Mr Ayman and Mr disco are superstars
