3 Bedroom House in Waterloo

Custom built vacation rental designed specifically designed for a comfortable private getaway on Pickwick Lake. Beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath that sleeps up to 8-10 depending on the use of 6 beds and a sleeper sofa. Couple only discounts available depending on time of the year. Enjoy fire pit, outdoor griddle, fully equipped kitchen, easy lake access, and expansive hillside views for relaxing with family and friends.
Bring your own boat or rent one locally. For local rental send inquiry to rkwellman@comcast.net or call 901-849-1682. Also easy access to 2 public boat ramps less than 1 mile away. Plus the lake is behind the house for boat access and parking as needed. There is a separate access drive to get there since walking up and down a steep hill is not practical. This area is also great for taking a trip to Rainbow Falls and doung offroad trail riding.
The outdoor propane gas griddle on the porch. It’s a 36 inch Blackstone Griddle - fun to cook on and popular request from guests. Just to the left of the griddle and off the side of the back porch is a large fire pit. It has an outdoor sink, bench seating, portable chairs, and roasting sticks. Firewood is also supplied at no charge.
If you happen to need 2 houses next to one another for larger groups, no problem. There is a 5 BR, 3 1/2 Bath next door. Just look for a listing with the tile "The Otters at Pickwick Lake." This other house which sleeps up to 16 people is a house we recently sold. It had over 100 5- star reviews. Some of you reading this now may have rented it before. If so, we are working closely with the new owner and feel confident he will provide the same quality care and service as we did.

Summary: Property is beautiful. Everything was clean and updated. The area is remote, closest grocery store is about 35-40 min away. Randy was very helpful in helping us find a great spot to fish and hang out as a family.

Summary: We loved this beautiful and very clean home. It had everything we needed and had a lot of extra touches. My husband forgot his toothbrush and there was a new one there for him to use. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the large deck. Randy was very nice and even helped us out with a boat dock for the boat we had rented. If you are looking for the perfect home to rent in this area, this would be the one, we loved our stay there.
