Positive: The best part of the house is its view. It was amazing waking up every day looking at the sea, and having meals with the sea breeze. The shower was also very nice, although it looked scary at first to have shower with all the wind.
Negative: The house NEEDS MAINTENANCE. The cabinets are falling apart, and the deck is even dangerous to walk on, it could hurt someone if it breaks with the weight of a person on it. The host DOES NOT ANSWER TEXT MESSAGES. We had 2 big issues during our stay: once we arrived after a day at the beach and we had no water. I sent a message to the host's phone number, and received no reply. Our neighbor had already tried to contact them too, with no response. Then I tried to call, and I was finally able to talk to someone to know what the problem was and the expectation for solution. Another day we only had cold water. Again, no response to the text message. This time we were able to solve the problem ourselves; we received no reply at all from the host. The utensils ARE NOT ENOUGH for 4 people. We had to ask for more spoons when we were lucky to meet the cleaning lady (that only takes the trash, btw). THERE IS ONLY ONE SHOWER. This is not clear in the description of the property, they only mention that the house has 2 bathrooms. Actually the house has 2 lavabos in the bedrooms and only 1 full bathroom, so you need to stay in line so that everybody can take a shower. One of the rooms had a hive in the roof, and every day we found bees, dead or alive, in the bathroom and sometimes in the bedroom too. The jacuzzi DOES NOT WORK, and so the shower on the deck. Ah, and the jacuzzi does not have hot water, what you only find out once you are there. The location is not so bad, but be aware that it has a rough road to arrive, and that there is no good beach to attend nearby.

Positive: The vibe of this place was incredible—so relaxing and peaceful. The open villa concept made everything feel airy and connected to nature. And the view to the ocean? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that every morning was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, serene setting
Negative: Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but a few things could be improved. One of the beds had a moldy smell, there was a sharp object in the hot tub that felt unsafe, and the deck and hot tub lights weren’t working. With a few fixes, this could be a great place to stay.

Negative: Kayak not available, dog hair all over room floors, sliding doors not sliding. Both neighbors were extremely loud and did not respect quiet hours they would play music full volume from 7 am to 2 am every single night. One of the neighbors was actually the cleaning lady and she stayed in the property next door. It was mind blowing the lack of respect for the rest of us who did not wish to listen to that music all day long. The whole reason I even chose this place was because it was away from the city and we were looking for a nice quiet place for our anniversary. The house itself was nice and it would’ve been great if we could have actually relaxed like we planned instead we would leave the house all day and would come back after “quiet hours” only for them to still be playing the music really loud and yelling. If I would have known it was going to be that way I would have just paid half the amount in the city. Whoever the owners are they should really make sure who they hire. They had a small dog with them too which was fine but in the rooms the floors were full of dog hair it would get all over our clothes and things. I’m wondering if they just hope around when no guest are there but if they do they should do better with cleaning after pets.

Positive: It’s located very close to the Whyndham RioMar where we were attending a family members wedding.
Negative: I didn’t like that there was no hot water, but it is PR and it’s hot and humid so this was not a big deal for us. I also did not like there was no interior common space… only the bedrooms are inside a structure. So since the weather was rainy and windy we could not enjoy being outdoors in a common area… we had to retreat to our rooms.
Summary: This is like beach camping with cabins. We enjoyed it very much because we love camping and the outdoors but it was not

Positive: Love the location, Nice and quiet,access to the water,the space and it was clean.
Negative: Sliding dolor needs some care, to Open and close them wakes up everyone. The first floor needs a ceiling fan, the little bugs have a feast with you. A fan will keep them away and during the day with the sun in front of the house will help keep it cool. The stairs need a good hand rail., plus when it rains it's a hazard. One of my friends fell after a night of rain. To go up with the luggage and if they are wet it's slippery/ maybe those anti slip strip could help . The air units need some kind of attention, the rooms smell like musky.

Positive: This property is amazing definitely recommend. Walmart and Ralph’s groceries are about a 20min driver. Luqillo beach is 15mins. This property is super accessible.
