Positive: The view was literally UNREAL. The place was sooooo clean!!! It was perfect for us.
Negative: Unfortunately, we could never the door to lock from the outside, so when we left, we were just leaving our stuff at risk. There was 2 gates to get into to the area though so it was somewhat secure and ended up ok!
Summary: An amazing view and a clean apartment for a great price!

Positive: The view was my favorite thing. But the location is great as well. Minutes from Luquillo beach. Definitely recommend stopping at the bakery at the bottom of the mountain coming down from Beacon Hill.
Summary: Thank you for having us, first time in PR. but will not be our last !

Positive: We enjoyed our stay overall. Inside, the apartment is well-equipped, beautifully decorated, very clean, and the bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. My daughter mentioned that the sofabed was also quite comfortable, which is always a plus! The host was responsive and helpful, and the neighborhood felt safe.
Negative: Finding the apartment was a bit difficult at night—we passed the street sign several times because it wasn't well-lit. A small light illuminating the sign or clearer directions would make a big difference. Additionally, the apartment is located three floors below the entrance, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Not a problem for us, but it’s something guests should know in advance, especially if you have a lot of luggage or any mobility concerns. One improvement would be adding blackout curtains in the living room where the sofabed is. The morning sun comes in strong, making it hard to sleep in that space. Overall, a great stay with just a few small tweaks that could make it even better. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

Positive: Great location with an amazing view!! Very close to Carabali adventure park which is why I booked for this location. Surprisingly the apartment was in a secure and gated area with a killer view of a golf course and ocean. Leslie, our host was very kind and receptive to our calls and questions. The apartment was well furnished and very clean!! Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Full functioning kitchen and appliances. Coffee maker was a bonus for us. Panadería ( bakery) just down the road where we got delicious pastries for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch to go another bonus!! I highly recommend this property and plan on staying again in the future.
Negative: On arrival we did notice a small water leak in the guest bathroom. Leslie was notified and expressed concern and was very apologetic. We just closed the water valve during our time there. Our kids used the sink in the master bedroom bathroom. Leslie did not want to disrupt our stay and we opted for repairs after we left the apartment.
Summary: Our stay at Becon Hills was amazing!! Will definitely return.😊
