Positive: Great location with Hilton hotel lobby just downstairs. Had to message to get the third set of bedding as wasn't left out but prompt response and resolution.

Negative: Sofa which was used as a third bed was old and could do with being replaced. Ideally with a proper pull out sofa bed rather than having to sleep on the the sofa itself. Also found quite a few cockroaches in the kitchen area Swimming pool (although out of direct control of the apartment owner) was dirty and so we decided not to use it which was a shame (it was February so guess it just isn't maintained well over the winter ?)

Summary: Great location, suited us perfectly to be able to walk into downtown and to the GWCC.

Positive: The apartment building is connected to the hotels through a sky bridge, so the location is a big plus if you are attending a conference in the hotels. Spacious 1br. Good value (except the kitchen wasn't clean, see next).

Negative: Found four cockroaches on the second and last night (the host responded quickly when I sent the pictures saying they spray every two weeks, which is good but makes me wonder why there were cockroaches). The fridge was a bit dirty. Polyester bed sheets instead of cotton.

Positive: Everything was really nice and clean. Only thing wrong was the directions to the apartment. There is two different elevators and that got confusing. In the directions it doesn’t state that you have to get off one elevator and walk around to find the other elevator. Loved the view as well

Positive: Excellent location, and it was very easy to retrieve the key fob. The unit's building is located behind the Hilton Hotel, with a walking connection to the hotel's conference center (great for attending meetings). The host was very easy to connect and responded to all of my request (e.g., request for an iron). The place is spacious, with a walk-in closet, large living room, equipped coffee corner, in-unit washer/dryer, and a gym within the building. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
