Positive: The location was good and the condo was spacious. The back door made it convenient to load and unload the car. Good parking.
Negative: The walls are super thin. Our unit shared a locked door with the unit next to us and it obviously was their bathroom because we could hear them using it, showering, talking, amongst other things. The people above us sounded like they were constantly running back and forth. The back door had a dead bolt but door knob did not lock.
Summary: Close location to Caseville.

Positive: Good location, great view to the sea, close to tram station close to Magnon parking and Utile shop Huge terrace and everything you need in the kitchen.
Negative: Apartament look a little old, hot water is provided by an electric boiler(I hope they will fix it, I reset the boiler twice in 6 days to have warm water) Parking is in the basement of the building and access is very difficult with a big car(I have a Ford Ranger and I was almost stuck there😂)

Positive: This was not "one of" but the best life experiance ever. Firstly, honestly, I didn't believe that it is possible to have some accomodation near the city center and have the view and the comfort like this. BUT when my mother and I arrived... It is amazing, I don't have enough words to explain it... host is amazing, appartment has everything literally, it is clean, with the garage, everything is near: gym, the post office, train and bus stations, promenade, bakery, shops, markets... and you will never get enough of that amazing view... we decided not to go to the Madrid how we could take at least 3 more days in that fantastic appartment and city. We felt there like we are home... thank you for everything and we really hope that we will see you soon again.

Positive: Excellent location, Line 2 tram outside the door.. A lift to take you to Floor 6.. A great view of the sea from main bedroom and living room. The sliding doors open onto a patio with sun streaming in.
Negative: A very difficult start. We travelled 24 hours from Australia and came directly from the airport, very tired. The owner was inflexible about check-in time (3pm), even though the apartment was ready. His instructions regarding using the ‘smart box’ and receiving the code were lost in my emails due to the long flight.. Not his fault but there was no sympathy when I tried to explain my confusion. we were very grateful to the concierge on the ground floor. She rescued us and made phone calls to the owner on our behalf. I found the apartment bed linen very tired and minimal. New pillows are recommended. I had to make a further request for sheets for the sofa bed even though I had explained earlier that we would be using it. They arrived later. We had one thin towel each for the whole week. I’m not usually a complainer but things could be better.
Summary: A very good apartment but would be even better with improved service.
