Positive: I liked that we could get waffles for breakfast, so something hot. The syrup was empty my last morning. Waited around for 45minutes for someone to come to the desk and no one did.
Negative: I did not like that the ladies who worked her Kim and Julie, were ALWAYS sitting on the couch when we entered. I literally walked in to check in, and i thought they were guests. She didnt even get up, until she asked me if things were okay i said oh yeah, then waited she said something again and i said i was waiting to check in, and then she got up. They were very kind people. Just not very present. The shower in my room 114 did not work. My friend is tall so had to squeeze in the bathtub..... The lights by our beds had no hook up and did not work. Floors around the end table were SUPER STICKY!!! Pooool had so much chlorine in it, it was hard to breath in there. "GYM" was very worn down, The AC system in the room was just WIRES. No ICE MACHINES or ICE BINS, Fridge smelled like mildew from unplugging it and plugging it in, since it was unplugged when we got in there. The microwave tray wasn't the correct tray so it did not rotate when trying to heat things up. I do believe EMPLOYEES who are WORKING should NOT be gaming during work hours in the slot area. I've worked as a slot attendant and that's not okay.

Positive: We had to leave our first hotel because of unclean conditions. We arrived at 11pm at America Best. Kimmie was very accommodating for us. I told her my husband was handicapped she got us a room close to elevator for him. Made sure we had everything we needed. The room was large , very clean. Have already booked again for another trip.
