Step into your cozy Lubbock getaway! Located just 10 minutes from Texas Tech University, this home offers easy access to all TTU sporting events, graduations, weddings, business trips, or family fun escapes.
Newly constructed, this home features stylish furnishings, an open floor plan, 2 car garage, a covered patio, large fenced-in backyard and extremely fast 1 gigabit internet.
Great for large families, multiple couples, traveling nurses, and more.
The main suite features a king size bed, jetted spa tub, walk-in shower & double sinks. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have a comfy queen size bed and solid-wood twin bunk beds.
The space features 2 65” 4K Smart TVs that include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+. 1,000 Mbps WiFi is included with all stays.
A Nema 14-50 outlet is installed in the garage for Tesla/EV charging.
Stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher (pods provided), washer & dryer (detergent provided), oven, and gas cooktop. Plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, silverware, knifes, pots & pans, and other cooking utensils are included. A Keurig coffee bar is also pre-stocked.

We are pet friendly! A lockable doggy door with easy access to a fenced backyard is included.
You can easily reach Texas Tech’s campus without coming across a single stoplight using the Marsha Sharp Freeway, just 1 minute from the driveway.
No smoking is allowed inside of the home. There are 3 security cameras outside of the home, 1 at the front door, one at in the backyard, and one in the driveway. There is also a camera inside of the garage. These are for safety and criminal activity monitoring.

Summary: We live in the area but were displaced temporarily due to needed home repairs. This property worked perfectly for our family. Both my husband and I work from home and were able to make it work with the space in the house. Nicely decorated and comfortable home. Will likely stay again when the next phase of repairs start on our home.

Summary: We chose this house vs staying in a hotel. We had some family and friends over. We have one family member who was in a wheelchair and we needed more open spaces. It was great for us! We enjoyed the backyard. The grass was thick and not one sticker. Great location.

Summary: Tanner is very responsive. We had a minor concern about the water pressure in the bathroom vanity sinks and he had them fixed the next day. Good location, perfect size, nice backyard and a really nice kitchen. We highly recommend!

Summary: If you’re traveling to Lubbock this is the best place to stay- centrally located to all 10 locations we could have been playing at with a Sonic and most importantly a Starbucks literally right there! The house was incredibly clean and Tanner was very responsive to any questions. Checkout instructions were minimal making it a breeze to leave and all around better option than a hotel!
