Summary: Great little place - perfect for two. It's very centrally located - we were 15 - 20 minutes from the beach, Ringling, the ballpark, downtown. Tonya and David were great! Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Summary: David, the owner, came over and we chatted. He has taken an old property and is meticulously updating it, unit by unit. . The one we stayed in was comfy and very clean- an old trailer park nestled around water with a walking trail to the main drag with famous Amish restaurants. Shuffle board right there, and near the water kayaks and picnic tables. Some guests there said they come each year!

Summary: Very clean and up to date cottage. You can tell several of the properties are being updated. Some are still run down trailers but others are brand new cottage/cabins and extremely well maintained. Ours was perfect for the two of us. Very well stocked and the owners were great. Would for sure stay here again.

Summary: Just got back from a long weekend in Sarasota. We originally booked this property but it became available, so the host Tonya & David upgraded us to the Yellow Canary Tiny home. It was PERFECT! Clean, quiet and cozy! Had everything you could have wanted or needed. We even had coffee with the neighbor gators! We will most definitely book the tiny home again! 😎 Christine D

Summary: My husband and I stayed here over New Year's as a last minute getaway. We were very happy with how clean and updated the place is. The cottage is inside a mobil home park and is definitely the newest and most updated home in the park. If you are looking for something affordable and in a good location, definitely check this place out. We wanted to stay somewhere that was like "home base" for us as we planned to spend most of our days exploring Sarasota and the surrounding areas. The cottage is very close to Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Siesta Key, Downtown Sarasota, and so much more. It's even right down the road from a cute Amish village. If you are looking for more of a retreat where you plan to spend your days inside or out on a porch, this may not be the place for you. For us though, it was the perfect spot for us to come back to after a long day of exploring Sarasota. We loved it!

Summary: This was the perfect place....size, location and it had everything my husband and I needed to make our stay in Sarasota a pleasant one. The owners were very helpful, and came out within minutes on day 3 when we called them to let them know the water heater wasn't working properly anymore. Definitely recommend this place!
