Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the Green Parrot tiny house! The home was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and relax. The area around the home had lots of wildlife and a beautiful view of the water!

Positive: The tiny house was very clean. The decor was cute, not mentioned is the half bath located in the master room which was great! As you can imagine “tiny house” space for our group of 5 was limited but we did not feel cramped at all. There was a table with 6 chairs and the couch expanded into a bed which was nice for the limited seating. The loft area was more spacious than the picture makes it seem! Great for kids to hang out and not feel crowded. Parking on the 3rd Street area is the BEST, very short walk to the door of the home. The AC works great! We did not feel hot at all. The house is provided also with small fans as well. There is a creek flowing that you can view from the porch, provided is small table and chairs, which is nice to drink coffee from in the morning! The kitchen is functional with a full fridge and freezer. Included is also an oven, microwave, and a Keurig. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.
Negative: We did not have any toilet paper at all upon arrival. The surrounding houses in the community is questionable. Looks alittle run down/ deserted. The property lines on which the tiny house is on is very nice. The additional parking to which is down a path way is not ideal for bringing your things inside, as the terrain is alittle steep. One of the porch chairs is broken.

Positive: Near to siesta key beach and lido beach. The tiny house itself also the boys enjoyed to sleep all together in the upper room.
